English, please!
"What's "Käsespätzle" and "Leberknödelsuppe" in english?
Those are the questions that bother me today. Cause as the International Toy Fair takes place in Nürnberg, even our small village is getting ready for the foreign guests.
As you all know. I love my dogs, but yesterday they drove me crazy. The little one, Snoopy, decided to chase rabbits, while we were walking in a hidden valley. After almost an hour looking for the lost dog, we were really exhausted and I already imagined coming home without Mummys Baby.
But then suddenly, one of the other dogs found him! Bad dog, Snoopy!
I think I am going to buy a little sledge and a strong lead, so that you can't run away anymore!

Winter Wonderland
Let it snow, let it snow...
A couple of days ago, the winter came to Germany. It started to snow all day and soon everything was covered in white.
Great fun for the kids and of course my dogs. I could play with them in the snow for hours or just watch them running around, chasing each other.

Me and my sister went to a Horse Show in Nürnberg.

So as you can see, my days are quite filled and soon I'll start working again in the Schindlerhof.

Back home
After almost a year in New Zealand, I finally made it back to good old Germany!

Switching summer to winter is not a good thing to do, but I'll sing: "take me back to the sweet days, the hot nights, in the summertime..." until the summer comes Germany.
It's very weird to come back. I feel like I have changed a lot, but it's still the same here and it will take a while for me to settle down.
I couldn't believe, that driving on the right side of the road would be so difficult. And as I mix the indicator up with the wiper, my dad won't let me drive his new car! ;-)
And Cailey: it is a CONVERTIBLE! Call me if you want to hear me saying it with my german accent ;-)
Peanutbutter is only sold in small cans and I couldn't find chocolate fish in the supermarket. ;-(
I am very happy to be here with my family, especially to see my grandfather again.

He, my mum and of course the dogs are keeping me busy all day and I love taking care of all of them.

Thank you
I will never forget New Zealand!
Altough it wasn't always easy I have seen so much of this beautiful country and met so many nice people, that I'll never forget that time.
I tested my limits, overcame some of my fear, had wonderful experiences and made very good friends!
I really hope to see some of you guys again or at least keep in touch.
Enjoy your travels, work and life down under. I will miss you all!
Thanks for my last evening:

Goodbye New Zealand

...and a happy new year!
Take care
Julia
